SPET Research Journal of Social Science is a UGC listed, referred, the biannual journal of Sardar Patel Education Trust, Anand, Gujarat (India).
Editorial Policy:
The SPET Research Journal of Social Science endeavours to promote and disseminate knowledge in the complex multidisciplinary field. The Journal encourages theoretical and empirical research papers and articles of relevance to both academicians and practitioners. In addition, the journal invites manuscripts of original, empirical, and conceptual papers covering the application of theory to real-life economic and social activities, where the findings would be of interest to researchers, executives, academicians, and students. The Journal publishes articles from areas such as Economics, Philosophy, History, Sociology, etc. The views expressed in this publication are purely personal judgments of the authors and do not reflect the views of the Journal. All efforts are made to ensure that the published information is correct. Journal is not responsible for any errors caused due to oversight or otherwise.
Guidelines for Authors:
- Submission should be made electronically as MS Word file to the editor (spetrjsc@gmail.com)
- The manuscript should be typed in double-space in 12-point font on A-4 size papers with one-inch margin on all sides.
- Graphs and charts prepared in MS Office (Word/Excel Format) or equivalent format are preferred to the material prepared in any other format of jpg.
- The length of articles and review articles including references, footnoted, appendices, tables, and figures should not exceed 7500 words.
- The cover page should contain the title of the articles, author’s name, designation, contact address, phone, and e-mail
- Article should be accompanied by an abstract (250 words only) focusing on the objective, method, findings, and implications. Please also supply the appropriate JEL codes and Four to six keywords.
- Provide acknowledgments or declare sources of funding.
- Articles sent should be complete in all respects, including references, footnotes, etc.
- Sources for all tables, graphs, figures, and maps should be provided (wherever applicable).
- Only cited work should be included in the reference list. The references should be alphabetical and as per APA Style (https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/references/examples).
- Contributions to SPET Research Journal of Social Sciences are requested of the copyright Act and the Rules made thereunder as regards the material used in the articles or their sources and /or of the computer software used by them.
- The paper should be accompanied by the declaration and copy-write agreement. Copyright of all accepted articles for publication and use in any form, format, and way will vest with the publisher.
- The journal is not responsible for any violations or lapses, on the part of the contribution.
- Article submitted for consideration of publication in the journal would be subjected to the journal’s double-blind process refereeing system.
- The Journal reserves its right to make stylistic changes or other editorial changes in the article submitted and accepted for publication.
- Journal neither charges any processing fee nor pays honorarium to authors.
- Unaccepted papers are not returned.
